Mr. Ngo’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident even before ARA’s inception. His family business saw him traversing the realms of healthcare and cosmetics, sourcing medical equipment, cosmetic products, and herbal medicines from China. This cross-cultural exchange solidified his role as a bridge between traditional wisdom and modern demands.

With a profound understanding of TCM users, he spearheads business development, nurturing relationships with potential customers and forging partnerships with practitioners.
Mr. Ngo’s leadership acumen, honed through leading a sizable organization, sets the stage for ARA’s growth trajectory. As ARA gains traction in Australia, Mr. Ngo’s global network will come into play, propelling the technology overseas, starting with Vietnam and China.

Armed with one Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and two Masters degrees – one in Medicine and another in Advanced Health Services Management – Mr. Ngo possesses a formidable academic foundation. His thirst for knowledge is matched only by his fluency in three languages: Vietnamese, Chinese, and English.
